Our Leadership

Paul Higgins

Paul commenced his career as a civil engineer, but found that the business of engineering was his true passion.  After completing his MSc in Engineering Management, Paul worked in various roles at a large factory in Missouri.  He then spent a number of years with Clorox leading maintenance improvement efforts at 34 manufacturing facilities worldwide.

In 1994, Paul joined the fledgling DINGO Software, where he brought a novel approach to mining maintenance.  After spending years witnessing production facilities perform repairs in reaction to problems, he realised that mining companies could dramatically increase operational efficiency and save millions of dollars by proactively caring for equipment.
By extending the principles of human healthcare to maintenance, Dingo is able to make a material impact on the health, productivity, and life of assets.  This transformational thinking has made Dingo an industry standard in predictive maintenance and strategic data management in asset-intensive industries, including mining, wind, oil and gas, and rail.
