DINGO, the Global Leader in Predictive Maintenance, is proud to announce a newly formed agreement and expanded regional partnership stemming from a more than 20-year partnership with Barrick-Nevada Gold Mines Operations (NGM). NGM has come a long way in adopting a predictive maintenance strategy. This new agreement will allow Barrick-NGM and DINGO to collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, improve efficiencies, communicate findings from Condition Intelligence reviews and create actions to improve machine health.

More than a dozen Nevada Gold Mines locations and hundreds of employees now use DINGO’s award-winning Trakka® software. “Asset Management has been working with DINGO for several years and finds value in the Trakka® platform,” said Jess Sanchez, Senior Asset Health Specialist, NGM. “One of the key benefits we have seen since integrating Trakka® is the opportunity for development and change as knowledge and technologies evolve.”

Over the years, DINGO and NGM have developed custom reports, apps, modifications, and updates, highlighting Trakka’s capabilities and DINGO’s commitment to growth and teamwork. Trakka® allows the Asset Management team at NGM to easily identify components or compartments that are indicating issues, based on the Alert Profiles. The integration between SAP and Trakka® brings together all pertinent data in one system, in a centralized view, while Component Profiles retain important data, such as manufacturer, model component oil types, cost, capacity, and more. “We have worked together to develop a robust system for analyzing oil sample data, integrating systems, reviewing equipment trend data, tracking, recording, and reporting machine health,” said Mr. Sanchez.

“Challenges are opportunities for mutual growth,” said Chuck Tollman, Global Enterprise Account Director, DINGO. “We look to results and outcomes to determine where we can improve and provide value, and we hold ourselves accountable to growth and the success of our customers.”

The DINGO team is committed to supporting and accommodating NGM through changes over the years to come. “As an Asset Health Specialist, the greatest support is in collaborating with DINGO, identifying opportunities for improvement, and executing planned changes to improve both sides of the business,” said Mr. Sanchez.

“Partnering with Dingo allows us to leverage remotely located condition intelligence experts from the get-go for a fraction of the normal cost to company. This allows our few reliability experts to focus on the top issues and make important decisions to ensure our fleet availability is where it needs to be instead of having them analyzing data and looking for the issues.
