3	Multiple Selection Tools MaintenanceGuy^® now has a function to allow users to select multiple entities, assets, components or sample points for reporting purposes. By using Selection Checkboxes it is now possible for users to indicate which equipment or components they would like to produce reports for. Users can select as many or as few pieces of equipment as they like using these Selection Checkboxes The user simply places a check mark in the selection checkbox next to the desired equipment and all of the assets, components or sample points attached to that equipment in the equipment hierarchy will automatically be selected for printing. It is possible to unselect individual items by clicking the checkbox again

5	Report Selection Options MaintenanceGuy^® now has an updated report selection screen. This new screen allows users to select the desired report from the list on the left. The reports that are now available are; Advanced Oil History – this shows both sample results and graphs on the report. The user selects which data to display Asset List – A list of information on all selected Assets & Components Detailed Asset List – Detailed list of information on all selected Assets/Components/Sample Points Lab File Import Log – List of all result files read into the system Lubricant Survey – List of all selected equipment indicating lubricant used and sampling and oil change information Sample Label – Large format sample label for printing on regular paper Sample Label – Small format sample label that can be printed out on Avery Shipping Labels (US Letter 5163 10 per page, A4 L7173) or on the DYMO LabelWriter 330 Turbo printer (for information on the DYMO printers call Dingo support at 1-888-346-4630)

By using the “Search” button you can enter the known information for the designated search criteria and clicking the “Search Now “ button and MaintenanceGuy^® will return all possible results that match that Search criteria
