Standard Jobs Save Time, Improve Accuracy

A common problem that we encounter when working with customers around the world is the fact that most people don’t know how to read an oil analysis report. These technical reports are often difficult to read, and offer fairly general advice on the next steps that a customer should take to further diagnose or rectify a developing problem. More

Some of Dingo’s customers have had tremendous early success with the use of Standard Jobs. A standard job closes the gap between two distinctly different tasks Interpretation and Maintenance Work.

Oil Analysis – Good for Planet Earth?

A well managed condition Based Maintenance program can have positive impacts on many aspects of an operation including safety, financial performance and the environment. More

Consider the following:
  • A well lubricated and tuned engine combusts fuel more efficiently and thus uses less fuel to do the same work. Oil Analysis can indicate when tuning and lubrication are sub optimal so they can be corrected quickly.
  • A well managed fuel and lubricants supply chain is less likely to be susceptible to hydrocarbon losses through leaks, spills, contamination and evaporation.
  • Well optimized oil drain programs and changing oil on condition can dramatically reduce oil consumption by between 5 and 45%.
  • Properly lubricated mechanical components require less power and last longer, consuming less energy and reducing fossil fuel usage.
Dingo is responding to customers who are asking how do we do our part to reduce global warming?
Oil analysis can be part of the solution.
