We have completed our transition of all programs to be fully integrated
with Dingo's web store. This not
only gives you a familiar feel when ordering your oil analysis test kits,
but it also gives you easy access to other oil analysis supplies that are
tested and recommended by our field engineers. All of these high quality
products are just a click away at your custom tailored Dingo web store.
When you shop online at Dingo's web store, you have access to the features
below and more:
- Full Transaction List - A list of any transactions (sales orders, item fulfillments, cash sales, etc.) associated with your account.
- Edit Your Profile - Add or edit shipping addresses, billing addresses and credit card information.
- User Friendly Order Form - Convenient sales order forms that allow for quick and easy online ordering.
- Track Orders - A list of all sales orders entered and their status.
- Contact Support - Create a support case for questions about the software application, orders or results.
- View Support Cases - A list of all support cases that have been created.

Dingo TrakkaTM: Monitor the Full Condition of Components, Not Just Oil
Dingo TrakkaTM is designed to allow you to monitor the full health of your
components in one system. No longer will you need to store CM
reports and data on a network drive or in your inbox. Using Dingo Trakka
makes it easy to find all your condition monitoring data from any location.

Dingo TrakkaTM capability to integrate with CMMS/EAM/ERP systems
like SAP, Ellipse, Datastream, and Maximo means that you can create new work
orders from within TrakkaTM saving you time and duplication of data
entry. In addition, closed work order information can be brought
back into Trakka to save you time having to search for significant
events in your CMMS/EAM/ERP system when assessing a components
condition. Dingo TrakkaTM makes it easy to assess a components health
by providing access to all relevant condition information from
the one screen.
Storage of any electronic information including Adobe PDF, MS Excel, Visio, Movie Files, Image Files, etc.
i.e. 3rd Party CM reports, Boroscope Movie Images, Thermographic Images, MS Word, Wear Debris Report
Capability to intergrate with CMMS/EAM/ERP systems like SAP, Ellipse, Datastream and Maximo (work order creation, view closed work summary information).
