Camberwell Coal Refocuses Oil Analysis Alarms Camberwell Coal is an open cut mine located
in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, Australia and produces
approximately 2 Mtpa of coal. Coal produced by the mine includes steaming
coal and soft & semi-soft cooking coal. A long time user of a Dingo's FleetOil PC
based software, Camberwell Coal recently engaged Dingo to review the alarm
rules and trend interpretation graphs which had been established many
years early. In the years after implementation of the Dingo FleetOil system,
the equipment fleet had changed significantly both the alarms within the
FleetOil program had not. Allan McHattie, Maintenance Planner, had concerns
that FleetOil alarms as they existed would not catch adverse sample results
reliably. Alan wanted to review the alarms and trend analysis graphs,
modify them as appropriate and provide key staff with training on how
to make the best use of the Dingo FleetOil system. More information on Camberwell Coal, contact Allan McHattie
at 02-6570-2124 or via email at maint@camberwell-coal.com.au
