![]() AnalysisPlus Saves Marketer Time and Eliminates Headaches Jim Lewis of
Petroleum Service Company located in
Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania has found AnalysisPlus to be a big
seller to his customers. In the past Jim was able to get a lot
of customers on oil analysis programs but, "because the old
programs were so clumsy, they would lose interest."
The AnalysisPlus program has streamlined Jim's customers' oil analysis programs through ease of use and time savings. Jim simply stated that, "the program does what everyone needs." Jim further remarked that the ability to transfer existing information into the program was a large benefit. In fact, he was able to put data into the program from samples that were taken in 1992 and 1993. The ability to clone units and user-friendly pull down menus also provide additional benefits. This brings smiles to customers, and ultimately, more business. Of all the benefits, Jim emphasized the time savings created by Analysis Plus. Customers are very pleased with the ability to print sticky labels, which has eliminated confusion on multiple samples. Customers are also pleased with the capabilities to make changes on-line which can then be viewed by anyone else involved in maintaining the asset. The AnalysisPlus program has provided Petroleum Service Company a way to save their customers time and eliminate headaches. Saving time and fewer headaches - sounds like Jim has a winning combination.
