![]() Dingo Launches Oil Analysis Webstore Some of the benfits of this new site include:
![]() New Power-User Product release date target is August 31, 2004
Dingo's product management group has announced a target release date for our new power-user product of August 31, 2004.
This .NET based system will complement MaintenanceGuy® 1.X in Dingo's product line, providing more analysis and
collaboration power to those users who want to maximize equipment performance and asset profitability. The first release will showcase a new client interface, radically redesigned after extensive workflow analysis and surveys of maintenance professionals. The product - codenamed MGPro - includes a "Condition Management Centric" design. This means that the software is being designed from the ground up to help users manage equipment health, rather than just managing oil analysis data. Customer feedback over 13 years of business has continuously endorsed this apporach. Some of the exciting new features to look for include:
![]() Dingo distributes Oil Safe Lubrication Systems
Our goal is to continuously bring our customers innovative products and services
to help them save time and money in maintenance. The latest addition to our product
family is the Oil Safe Lubrication Management System.
These color coded containers make lubrication work CLEANER, FASTER and SAFER. They help protect expensive lubricants from contamination, and reduce machinery downtime. They also reduce the risk of dangerous and costly oil spills. Dingo is carrying the full line of these products, and they are available for order today.
![]() Gough & Gilmour launches AnalysisMATE(tm) Oil Analysis Program.
Gough & Gilmour, the only Australia wide independent supplier of low hour Caterpillar machines (to rent or buy),
launched the AnalysisMATE(tm) oil analysis, reporting and trending program in
August based on Dingo’s MaintenanceGuy® software platform. AnalysisMATE(tm) will be marketed to Gough & Gilmour
customers as a value added service.
As to the reasons why Gough & Gilmour adopted the Dingo MaintenanceGuy software platform as the primary interface to bring oil analysis data to clients, Tony Halls Gough & Gilmour’s Service Operations Manager said “Our main objective was to find a web based trending program that could satisfy our customers’ needs i.e. easy manageable asset register & the ability to analyse results in graphical form. With the laboratory providing customers with a 24-hr turnaround, a web based application to send results quickly via e-mail, made sense. With AnalysisMATE(tm) we can now provide our customers with an efficient link between analysis of results and equipment management.” ![]() PRODUCT TIP - Sample Log A handy thing to know when managing an oil analysis program is "When did I send that sample to the lab?" This becomes very important for samples which are involved in critical decisions or warranty claims. Dingo has built a simple report to enable you to print a log of the samples you are sending out. On all sample label
reports, prior to printing your sample labels, you will receive the following dialog box.
