Tri County Petroleum builds their brand with Dingo

How do you train fourteen salespeople on multiple oil analysis programs so they can add value to the customer?

Joe Giovinazzo of Tri-County Petroleum of Pennsylvania faced this very challenge. Like most good leaders, Joe found the opportunity in the challenge--a Tri-County private label program. Joe stated, "It had become very ineffective to assimilate different oil analysis programs into our sales process. The private label program provided by Dingo was a great solution." As one of the largest lubrication marketers on the east coast of the USA, Tri-County had discovered a way to increase sales efficiency and expose their brand.

Through the private label program, Dingo was able to brand the oil analysis software and create a web store for Tri-County. This allowed Tri-County to focus on training their team and launching the program to customers. In such a highly competitive market, adding value to the customer through service was their way of outperforming the competition. "With Dingo's software and our lubrication expertise, I believe we have found a perfect way to add value," Joe commented.

Finding the silver lining in the clouds, making lemonade out of lemons, finding opportunities in challenges, however you sum it up - Tri-County Petroleum has done just that with their private label program. Not only are they improving their business internally, but they are also adding value to the customer-which is the silver lining.

Trakka migration path for FleetOil customers

FleetOil for Windows

Dingo's venerable workhorse of Oil Analysis, FleetOil for Windows, is getting set to retire. The release of Trakka V1.3 on July 16, 2005 and the included functionality will make it possible for our existing FleetOil users to change over to the new platform. We are very excited to be moving down this path as we will be able to offer much better support, services, reliability, functionality and connectivity!

Upgrade Path
All FleetOil customers will be able to have data imported for their existing FleetOil database into the new Trakka database. Some consultation with customers may be necessary to ensure databases are configured to take advantage of the benefits Trakka offers. All lab data file formats in use by FleetOil customers will be supported in Trakka.

Support
FleetOil will be supported for a full 12 months from the availability of Trakka V1.3 - until July 16, 2006. Dingo will cease the sale of annual support contracts for FleetOil on July 16, 2005. Support after that date will be available on a per incident basis.

Pricing
There are several pricing models available. A Dingo Sales Professional will be happy to explain the options and work out the best solution with you. Call Peter Kasten in Australia on (07) 3115 9011, or Col Armbruster in the Americas on (303) 506 6070 or email info@dingo.com to find out more.
