![]() Raising the Bar. Lowering the Costs
Last year at Dingo, we took a long look at where we were going as a company.
As customers you will see the results of our thinking reflected in our new focus. Our new Tag line is Raising the Bar. Lowering the Costs.
This means that we are dedicated to helping customers continuously improve their profitability through better Condition Based Asset Management. Dingo will continuously improve our software and services to help with this goals, while looking for ways to lower the costs of implementation to customers. Some examples of how we are doing this already:

OneSteel has over 200 operational sites in Australia and New Zealand, more than 30,000 customers and employs approximately 7,400 people.
The Pellet Plant within the OneSteel Whyalla Steelworks engaged Dingo
in November 2005 to review the Condition Based Asset Management
practices employed at the plant for the purpose of identifying
improvement areas that if rectified could provide significant financial
return to the business. The Opportunity Assessment report presented in early January 2006 documented a significant financial return. The published financial return used data collected during the Opportunity Assessment and was developed in conjunction with Pellet Plant Management. As a result of the Opportunity Assessment and the financial return calculated, Dingo has been asked by the Pellet Plant to submit a proposal to aid the plant realise the financial benefits on offer. The plant has capable people who could undertake the recommended improvements if they had available time to implement the recommendations. However, like many companies today the tasks to do are larger than the resources to do them with. Dingo's capability to take responsibility for the implementation of the Opportunity Assessment findings and deliver financial benefits provides the Pellet Plant with a way to fast track the financial return. Matt Enbom, Maintenance Superintendent - Pellet Plant had this to say about the Dingo Opportunity Assessment "I was impressed by professionalism of the analysis and the calibre of the staff who attended site. We look forward to seeing the results back up the claim in the later stages of the project." To learn more about assessments and other Dingo services, click here to download a Services Overview ![]()
